Steps to Enrollment
Please check what works best with your schedule and when your child is high in energy that’s the best time you should choose. if you are working then full day is great program for you.
Note:- Building Blocks take kids from 2.5 years to 12 years of age
Please call us or mail us and schedule an appointment. we will give you a registration form, or we can send you the registration form, you can come with filled form.
To register your child we need to have the vaccination record, if you don’t have please call or mail your Dr. office they can send you one.
We will need to get birth certificate to register the child.
To register your child must be 2.5 years old.
Please bring following when you want to register:-
- Registration Form
- Vaccination record
- Birth certificate
- Cute Photo 4*6
